Service Description

Your event coverage is a collaborative process. Before the event, we’ll discuss your priorities - schedule, key moments to capture, important guests to photograph, venue details, and the overall atmosphere you’d like reflected in the images.

On the day, we work discreetly and professionally, documenting genuine interactions, key highlights, and the natural energy of your event as it unfolds. Our approach allows us to blend in while capturing authentic moments without disruption.

Our Ceremonies & Awards Photography packages:

Standard Package - £400

• Duration: Up to 3 hours of coverage
• Locations: 1
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied for web, social media, marketing, and print
• Count: Up to 200, but may vary depending on event length, schedule, and attendance size
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing, keeping the images natural and true to the event
• Enhanced Photos of Your Choice: Up to 5 enhanced photos via download *
• Delivery: All professionally edited images delivered within 2 days, organised and ready to use

* Enhanced Photos of Your Choice are images you select for additional detailed editing, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject(s) and the surrounding area where appropriate.

Extended Packages

Available for longer events, full-day bookings, or multi-location gatherings. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Events, travel, or location-based bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice.

We will always try to accommodate changes, but late cancellations may not be possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events). In such cases, we will offer an alternative dates.
