Information & Booking: Portrait Photography

Professional portraits are designed to create a strong first impression, conveying confidence, credibility, and approachability - ideal for LinkedIn, corporate headshots, and personal branding.

Service Description

We’ll have a quick chat before your session to go over the details and make sure everything feels comfortable and well planned.

Sessions are carried out on-location at your office or preferred venue. Each session is tailored to reflect your unique identity, helping you stand out in today’s competitive business environment. 

All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, fully retouched and ready to use across LinkedIn, your website, email signatures, marketing materials, and print. Each image is licensed for unlimited use across your platforms.

After your photoshoot, you’ll receive an online gallery with all the unedited images so you can see everything before choosing your final images. You’ll then have one week to make your selections. Your fully retouched and ready to use images will be ready within two weeks of receiving your selections.

Our Portrait Photography packages:

Individual Package - £249

• Limit: One person
• Duration: Up to 1 hour
• Styling: Up to 3 Outfits
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied for web, social media, and print
• Count:  Up to 5 fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice via download
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing matching your preferred style with additional detailed retouching, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject and the surrounding area where appropriate

Team Package - £549

• Limit: Up to 10 people
• Duration: Up to 3 hours
• Styling: Up to 2 Outfits
• Format: High-resolution digital files supplied for web, social media, and print
• Count: Each person gets 3 fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice via download
• Editing: Light colour correction and editing matching your preferred style with additional detailed retouching, where we carefully refine each photo and remove minor imperfections from both the subject and the surrounding area where appropriate

Additional fully edited and enhanced photos of your choice (applies to all packages):

• 1 photo: £20
• 3 photo:s £60
• 5 photos: £90
• 10 photos: £150

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Events, travel, or location-based bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice.

We will always try to accommodate changes, but late cancellations may not be possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events). In such cases, we will offer an alternative dates.
